Excursions

Sorrento
Positano
Amalfi

Sorrento
The land of myth, legends and tradition that has always enchanted its visitors, forcing them to come back.  Now it is a modern town mainly dedicated to tourism, and the home to international events such as the Sorrento Summer Music calendar or International Cinema Festival and has always been the ideal departure point for all the "must see" tourist spots in the surrounding area (Capri, Ischia, Naples, Herculaneum, Pompeii, Positano and Amalfi).
Among the many monuments worth seeing are Piazza Tasso (the bustling heart of the town), the Basilica of Sant’Antonino, the public gardens, the Cloister of Saint Francis, the Cathedral, the old town walls, the Valley of the Mills and the Correale Museum – which holds important memories of both the town’s history and of its pure traditional craft of inlaid woodwork

Positano
Located in a valley on one of the most beautiful stretches of the Amalfi Coast. From its origins as a village with homes built into the rock and dedicated to rock pool fishing, it is now one of the most famous elite tourist resorts in Italy. Renowned for its fashion, created by local designers and sold in typical small boutiques. These can be visited by wandering up and down the characteristic alleyways. The coast road passes above the village, so the Amalfi Coast excursion makes a panoramic pause at the Belvedere, to enjoy one of the most beautiful views of the world.

Amalfi Drive
They say that the "Amalfi Drive” is one of the most spectacular drives in Europe for the incomparable natural scenarios it offers en route before reaching Amalfi itself. Amalfi is one of the old marine republics, and welcomes its visitors by leaving them spellbound by the majesty of the Cathedral, dedicated to Saint Andrew (IX century), its splendid decorated façade and a XIX century mosaic in the tympanum.  A visit to the old Arsenal is also recommended, where the great galleys of the fleet were built.

Faraglioni Capri
Anfiteatro Pompei
Castel dell'Ovo Napoli

Capri
An island famed throughout the world for its sheer excellence. Most of its coast is almost inaccessible, dotted with many grottoes, including the famous “Blue Grotto”. With a flourishing vegetation and a fantastic blue sea it enchants visitors with its sweet, mild climate, tempting them along the many paths that cross the island, or to take boat trips to visit the Faraglioni Rocks or the Blue Grotto, to relax - carefree - over an ice cream or coffee at the tables around the legendary ‘Piazzetta’. A wander along Via Camerelle, Capri’s fashion street, bumping into the rich and famous that have chosen Capri as their holiday destination.

NAPLES
Light and Shadow, the two words that best describe Naples. Its light reflected as we admire its many natural, artistic and architectural beauties, and the shadow representing those that attempt to criticise and disfigure this incredible city.  A visit to Castel dell’Ovo, remain speechless before the beauty of the Veiled Christ in the chapel of San Severo, wander along the Decumani, become inebriated by a thousand aromas, endless pizzerias and restaurants, and leave thrilled by the warmth and fun-loving nature of the Neapolitans.

POMPEI
A town of art and religion, home to one of the largest archaeological sites in the world which attracts millions of visitors every year, is like diving into the past and reliving the period around 79AD, before Vesuvius buried everything with ash and pumice.
The splendid Basilica dedicated to the Madonna, a place of worship that acts as a magnet to endless pilgrimages, has to be visited
